A rare intensely saturated teal spinel.
Its color is unusually bright and clean with none of the usual spinel dimness, so the stone looks “open” and more like a high quality teal sapphire than a spinel.
While the stone’s color was just too good and way too rare to pass on, we couldn’t recut it as much as we would have liked because it had only 7 points to work with. That said, we did manage to repolish it to remove facet abrasions and chips from its girdle and make it presentable.

The only website where all gems get diligently color-matched and edited for accuracy until they reflect what the eye sees in diffused daylight outdoors.
Accurately represented in practical terms rather than abstract grading systems. When we say "eye clean", we really mean it as close up as the eyes can focus.
No commercial cuts here - all of our stones are recut to a high standard for added value, rarity and beauty.
