The stone looks amazingly pleasant. It’s also nearly loupe clean, with strands of rutile silk only being visible under the loupe in particular conditions (such as with light entering it from the side).
There isn’t much silk in it, so the brilliance isn’t heavily impacted – but even whatever slight impact it has is counteracted by the extra sparkle provided by the Portuguese cut.
