Orange sapphires don’t usually come anywhere close to this level of saturation – you'd have to sift through thousands and thousands of top quality examples in this exact hue to find just one single stone like this. Considering how rare they are in high quality to begin with, it'd likely take years.
Spessartite garnets pale in saturation next to it and it’s not just a figure of speech, we actually compared it to a few Tanzanian examples.
It has a few tiny feathers near the girdle (visible in the photos) but they aren’t eye visible at all, in any sort of ambient light even on very close inspection. The calibrated 7 x 5 mm size should fit most standard settings pretty easily.
It’s insanely saturated, rare, well cut and eye clean – not much to add beyond that.
